National declaration of performance of construction products - National declaration of performance is a document in which the manufacturer declares the performance of a construction product, in accordance with the relevant Polish product standard or national technical assessment, referring them to those essential characteristics that affect the fulfillment of basic requirements by construction works, and in accordance with the intended use of this product. The manufacturer may provide information on the performance of a construction product in relation to essential characteristics (e.g. in advertising brochures, information catalogues) only if they have been specified in the national declaration of performance.
